1. Agreement to Terms

By accessing or using the Trades Talk website (trades-talk.com) and any services provided by Trades Talk and Addario's Services ("we," "us," "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you do not agree to these terms, do not use our website or services.

2. Services Offered

Trades Talk provides:

• Business coaching and consulting for home service business owners
• Live training events (Sales Blueprint Mastery, Leadership Mastery, Rite of Passage, Proving Grounds, Cornerstone Code)
• Digital courses (Mental Cinema, Guest Speaker Vault)
• Online assessments and educational content

We reserve the right to modify, suspend, or discontinue any service at any time without prior notice.

3. Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years of age to use our services. By using our site or purchasing a program, you represent that you are at least 18 years old and have the legal capacity to enter into binding agreements.

4. User Accounts and Applications

Certain programs require an application. Submission of an application does not guarantee acceptance. We reserve the right to accept or decline any application at our sole discretion. You agree to provide accurate and complete information in all forms and applications.

5. Payment and Refund Policy

Payment

Program fees are disclosed prior to enrollment. Payment is required in full or per the agreed payment plan before access to any paid program or event is granted. All prices are in US dollars unless otherwise stated.

Refunds

Due to the nature of live events and limited-seat programs, refunds are handled on a case-by-case basis. If you are unable to attend a live event, please contact us at least 14 days prior to the event date. We may offer a credit toward a future event or a partial refund at our discretion. Digital course purchases are non-refundable once access has been granted.

6. Event Participation and Assumption of Risk

Certain Trades Talk programs, including but not limited to the Rite of Passage and the Proving Grounds, involve physical and psychological challenges. By registering for and participating in these events, you:

• Acknowledge that participation involves inherent risks, including physical injury, emotional distress, exposure to weather conditions, and other hazards
• Confirm that you are in adequate physical and mental health to participate
• Assume full responsibility for any risks arising from your participation
• Agree to sign any required liability waivers prior to the event

Trades Talk, Steven Addario Jr., Addario's Services, event co-hosts (including the 3 of 7 Project and Chadd Wright), and their respective officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any injury, illness, death, or property damage arising from participation in any event.

7. Intellectual Property

All content on this website, including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, images, audio, video, course materials, frameworks, and proprietary methodologies (collectively, "Content"), is the property of Trades Talk and Addario's Services and is protected by copyright, trademark, and other intellectual property laws.

You may not:

• Copy, reproduce, distribute, or publicly display any Content without written permission
• Record, transcribe, or redistribute any live event, coaching session, or course material
• Use our trademarks, brand name, or logos without prior written consent
• Create derivative works based on our Content or methodologies

8. SMS/Text Messaging Terms

By opting in to receive text messages from Trades Talk, you agree to the following:

• You may receive recurring automated marketing and informational SMS messages
• Message and data rates may apply depending on your carrier and plan
• Message frequency varies based on your interactions and program enrollment
• You may opt out at any time by replying STOP to any message
• Reply HELP for assistance or contact info@trades-talk.com
• Consent to receive text messages is not required to purchase any product or service

9. Disclaimer of Warranties

Our website and services are provided on an "as is" and "as available" basis. We make no warranties, express or implied, regarding the accuracy, reliability, or completeness of any content or the results you may achieve from our programs.

Trades Talk is a coaching and training organization. We do not guarantee specific business results, revenue increases, or outcomes. Individual results depend on many factors, including but not limited to your effort, business conditions, market factors, and implementation of the strategies taught.

10. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Trades Talk, Steven Addario Jr., Addario's Services, and their officers, employees, and agents shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages arising out of or related to your use of our website or services, including but not limited to loss of profits, business interruption, or data loss.

Our total liability for any claim arising under these terms shall not exceed the amount you paid for the specific program or service giving rise to the claim.

11. Indemnification

You agree to indemnify and hold harmless Trades Talk, Steven Addario Jr., Addario's Services, and their officers, employees, and agents from any claims, damages, losses, or expenses (including reasonable attorney's fees) arising from your use of the website or services, your violation of these terms, or your violation of any rights of a third party.

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of New Hampshire, without regard to its conflict of law provisions. Any disputes arising under these terms shall be resolved in the state or federal courts located in New Hampshire.
